Iran Says It Arrested Computer Worm Suspects

Recently Iran arrested an unspecified number of suspects involved in the connection of a damaging worm that has affected numerous computers in their nuclear program. Heydar Molishi told the semiofficial Mehr news agency that the ministry had acheived "complete mastery" over government computer systems and was also prepared to counterattack any cyberattacks by "enemy spy services". While the origins of this worm remain unknown, many experts have said that this virus was purposely created with an intent of sabotaging Iran's nuclear program. Iran has said to have confirmed last week that the Stuxnet worm ( a malicious self replicating program that attacks computers that control industrial plants). It has not caused serious damage to the government systems as of yet.
