North Korea's Leader Showing He's in Charge

With the current discussions regarding North Korea's potential attacks towards the United States of America, it has left our government and our people questioning whether North Korea's leader, Kim Jong is using rhetoric by threatening his enemies with explosives or if Jong intends on supporting his words with actions. In this article, author: Kimberly Dozier notifies her readers about Kim Jong's intentions by stating that he was only using rhetoric in an attempt to gain recognition as well as strategically maneuvering his international relations into future negotiations. The article continues by explaining the CIA's opinion about Kim Jong and his use of nuclear weapons. CIA officials state that it is difficult to interpret and understand this leader because he has not been in power long enough to fully gain a sense of his underlying intentions when posing such threats towards other countries. The article ends with a closing statement, the opinions of China will greatly influence those of Kim Jong and his decisions on the use of nuclear weapons.
