With the current discussions regarding North Korea's potential attacks towards the United States of America, it has left our government and our people questioning whether North Korea's leader, Kim Jong is using rhetoric by threatening his enemies with explosives or if Jong intends on supporting his words with actions. In this article, author: Kimberly Dozier notifies her readers about Kim Jong's intentions by stating that he was only using rhetoric in an attempt to gain recognition as well as strategically maneuvering his international relations into future negotiations.
