Neo-Nazis dominate tiny German village

In a small town in eastern Germany, Neo-Nazis are taking over. The unemployment rating is 12.7% in the state where the town lies, which is the highest percentage outside of Berlin. It is one of two states where the National Democratic Party, or NDP, a extreme right political group, holds a seat in parliament. The Neo-Nazis are careful to not break any laws, as the use of the swastika, and SS lighting bolts are prohibited. The German government is wanting to ban the NDP from participating in the parliament, because they feel that it is not what Germany needs at a time like this.
