Problems in Parliament

Iraq's highest court forced parliament to resume its sessions. Apologies were made but experts say that this might lead to another conflict. Parliament was out of session because they were trying to negotiate an agreement on the governments top posts. The political leaders of Iraq have been deploying troops to settle disagreements. Furthermore activists had a celebration for the steps taken towards strengthening their political system. This crisis over forming a government has led to multiple problems for iraq.

Infection

Public Health doctors deliberately infected about 700 guatemalans with venereal diseases. American taxes helped to pay syphilis infected prostitutes to infect prisoners also bacteria was inserted into scrapes on their body. Once the test subjects had the disease, they were issued antibiotics. Sadly, not everyone who was infected was cured. This whole medical case was just discovered. Professor Reverby was going to release the whole story in an issue of Journal of Policy History to Dr. David J. Sencer.
