This article highlights the recent push from Al Queda into Pakistan. It also discusses how with Pakistan being so economically and governmentally shaky, the extremist group is finding the push into the major parts of Pakistan quite easy. This could be one of the most significant stories of the year, because if Al Queda were to gain control over another significant government in the Middle East it would be back to square one for American officials. They would’ve wasted years of time and money in order to establish democracy throughout the Middle East and rid the region of terrorism.
