This I think is a bad idea to enforce it especially in a recession we are having right now. This action will provide even less incentive for US companies to continue to keep their business onshore. If taxes weren’t so high in the states, wouldn’t more companies keep their money their operation here? But from my stand point everyone, whether it’s an individual or a business should be held to the same standard when it comes to taw law. I personally can’t evade my taxes. Why should a business be able to? However it’s also a problem in our country, consider the fact that why businesses are moving their resources and technology to foreign countries like china and India is to lower their production cost and their taxes. We pretty much helped china to become a strong country and those CEO’s are overpaid who really hasn’t done anything to help our economy except it leech it of revenue. Seriously the riches get richer and all they do all day is how they can pay less taxes as possible.
