The leader of the Coptic Orthodox Church, Pope Tawadros II, accused President Mohamed Morsi and his government of "misjudgements" for failing to prevent the sectarian street violence. This directly correlates to my previous post on the attacks on the Christian. Now the Church leaders are getting involved and directly speaking out against the president of Egypt. The street violence that occurred led to the attack on the Orthodox main cathedral in Cairo. The leader of the Coptic Orthodox Church called the failing to prevent this violence as an act of "delinquency." This is just making the tension between the Christians and Sectarians and Muslims escalate.
