Back in 2004 the city of Fallujah was a stronghold for many insurgents. After a very bloody battle the United States defeated the insurgents and Iraq gained back control. However, ISIS has recently gained control of the city in the hopes to make it another stronghold for its fighters. Now Iraq is planning on an attack to try to reclaim Fallujah. Fortunately, the Iraqi military forces have been quite successful in pushing back ISIS fighters from the area.
