Obama: Too soon to be optimistic about new spill efforts

On his third visit to the site of the Gulf Coast oil spill, President Obama noted that some progress has been made in the effort to stem the flow of crude oil, but that it is much too early to be optimistic that the plan will succeed. He also questioned why BP, who is being held responsible, is still spending millions of dollars on advertising to better their public image while the crisis is still going on.
