President Obama has an optimistic outlook on the settlement freeze on the West Bank, and encourages Israel and Palestine to move toward peace, giving them 3 months to define state borders. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says that he supports the plan and will try to gain approve from his Cabinet.
