Ugandan Tabloid Publishes Gay List

According this to article, the editor of a Ugandan tabloid, who insists homosexuality is more dangerous than smoking, published a list of ten gay and lesbian people in that nation and urges readers to report them to the police. The last time this tabloid published a similar list, it gave names and addresses of 100 gay and lesbian people and urged the people to hang them. Gay rights groups say that at least 4 people have been attacked since then.
Currently, there's a bill working its way through Ugandan parliament that would make homosexuality punishable by death. The editor is discouraging people for physically attacking people on the latest list. He is confident that the bill punishing homosexuality will pass. He claims that gay people are going to schools and "recruiting" children.
Governments have donated aid to Uganda and human rights groups have applied pressure since the bill was announces and most thought the bill was shelved. However, many people, like this editor, believe it will still be passed.
