Senate Passes Bill to Let FDA Regulate Tobacco

Letting the FDA regulate the tobacco industry is a start toward eliminating such crowds to smoke. Although, I feel there is only so much they can do to persuade people against smoking. Our food industry is regulated yet the obesity rates keep increasing because there is so much grease and fast food in our society.
