France is issuing a high risk warning of a terror attack on Britain. They have not issued any other official warning to any other country, but it's believed that France's beloved Eiffel Tower and the Notre Dame Cathedral. The anticipation of the attack is compared to the shooting in Mumbai, India in 2008. This warning was issued after a gunmen shot at a convoy with Britain's no. 2 diplomat in Yemen on Wednesday, as well as injuring a French citizen. Germany continues to be unalarmed.
