As a result to North Korea accusing the United States of hostility and threats, they announced that they have recently put into consideration to resume “all temporally-suspended activities” like nuclear explosives and long-range missiles. The North isn't happy with the U.S. because they are continuing military exercises with South Korea and creating more advanced weaponry. Kim Jong Un has developed a five year plan to develop stronger military forces with more advanced nuclear missiles (including submarine launched missiles) and solid fuel ICBMs.
