"Ukraine’s Zelensky’s message is don’t panic. That’s making the West antsy."

The message that Ukraine's President Zelensky is sending to his people versus what Biden is saying about the nearing conflict between Russia and Ukraine are quite different. While Zelensky is saying that there's no need to panic, Biden is saying that conflict is imminent and will face harsh punishments.

Some feel that Zelensky isn't equipped for this level of crisis management, implying that he rose in elections due to a television character he played (which was a widely popular high school teacher). His political inexperience allows fear to grow that much larger. He took a clear and calm stance towards the rising situation, and whether or not his decision not to mobilize the country is correct can only be known in hindsight.
