All Cars Must Go

Chrysler is closing 789 of its showrooms across America and all of the vehicles on those chosen lots must be sold by June 9. This means that 44,000 vehicles need to be sold by June 9 and many dealers do not know how they will be able to do this. One option that was proposed to them was to try to sell their inventory to dealers that will still be and business but since Chrysler sells have been down 46% since the first four months of this year the surviving dealers will not need any of their inventory. The only other option is to sell the vehicles at super low prices just to get rid of them. Keith Hollern, one of the dealers who's showroom is being closed said "They've told us that the inventory is our problem. Want to buy one? We're having a fire sale."
