According to this article, 12 people were arrested in the south of France this Tuesday for having links to terrorist networks. Three of those arrested are apparently connected to a man that was arrested in Italy earlier last month. The other nine arrested come from a few different areas in southern France, and also have links to an Islamist movement. They were suspected of trying to obtain arms and explosive. It is not clear yet though whether or not they are citizens of France. None of them have been charged yet, and under French law, they have six days to question them before charges need to be filed.
