This article is about the Chinese government and their allocation of funds. The U.S. is investigating the money that the Chinese are using in certain energy saving areas like wind turbines. The United Steelworkers are also accusing China of this and is trying to get the WTO to take action. But, on the other hand, China is saying that this is an American ploy to increase their own economy during the ongoing elections that have begun. It will be interesting to see where this story ends up.
