Palestinian Boy Used as a Human Shield During Gaza Wars

Two Israeli soldiers were convicted this Sunday for war crimes, after investigations point to the soldiers using a small Palestinian boy as a human shield. These are the first serious convictions in the investigations that have taken place over the Gaza War of 2008-09. Of the 48 cases that have been investigated a third of them are still in the process. Israel has refused to cooperate with the investigations claiming that they believe they have their own investigations to conduct over wrongdoings on the Palestinian side.
