Over the past couple of weeks, those traveling to Europe were told to be cautious due to chatter of possible terrorist attacks. There were not many details known or released with the warning, until now. The previous warnings came from the United States, this time Saudi Arabian intelligence relayed important information; they are warning Europe of a a new terrorist threat from the al Qaeda group in the Arabian Peninsula targeting Europe, more specifically France. This new information led to France's terror alert level to change to reinforced red, with the only level higher being scarlet red. Al Qaeda's branch in the Arabian Peninsula is the supposed cause of attacks in 2009 against targets from: Korea, the U.S, Saudi Arabia, and Yemen.
