Belarus's security force (K.G.B) has been rounding up opposition to the current president's rule. On Dec. 19th a a protest was formed over outcry that President Aleksandr G. Lukashenko's political victory was a farce. After breaking up the mostly peaceful riot with violence, 24 hours later 7 out of 9 opposition candidates were seized. The K.G.B is going one step further now, even suggesting that they may take custody of Danil Sannikov (age 3), after arresting his parents. Child Welfare is considering taking him out of his grandmother's custody and are supposed to be making a decision at the end of the month.
