Burma's New Parliament

Burma has recently taken the first steps towards democracy by beginning their first of many sessions to form a new government. More than a thousand deputies will come together for the session that will create the electoral college which will nominate the President and Vice-President. Western governments and Burma democracy criticize over the new parliament since fifty years of military control rained over Burma and does not seem the military will give up its control since government military members still hold important election seats.
