Greenpeace: high arsenic, mercury levels in sludge

The toxic sludge that is flowing through Hungry had made its way into the waterways.  There is almost 200 million gallons that is flowing through Hungry which is pretty close to the amount of oil that was spilled in the Gulf of Mexico earlier this year.  Now that it has reached the waterways it has began poisoning wildlife.  Fish and birds are coming washing up dead.  It was raised the ph levels of the water to 1000 times that of a normal level. I think this is worse than the Gulf Oil spill because it will poison the local drinking water for years to come.  Also it is killing fish and other sources of food and will have a detrimental effect on that area of Hungry.  I am surprised that there has not been much international aid from other countries.
