North Koreas heir attends biggest military parade

Kim Jong II and his son attend one of North Korea's biggest military parade, the "biggest in history". They looked on as tanks, hardware, and personnel marches below them. On television, this gave the citizens a first good look at their future leader. Kim Jong Un will be the third generation leader of the communist dynasty. Ri Yong Ho, chief of the General Staff of the North Korean army, specifically states that if the US tries to impose in the slightest, there will be dramatic retaliation. There was a rush for visas at the Embassy in Beijing- the usually strict crunch on issuing them was lifted on the occasion of the festivities.
