"More than a dozen oil tankers carrying fuel for NATO troops in Afghanistan were torched in Rawalpindi early on Monday, not far from the national capital and the headquarters of the Pakistani military, police officials said." Eight men who are officially being catergorized as "terrorists" attacked the trucks sometime before midnight. Firefighters were on the scene shortly after, however, there effort was too little too late. Three members, assumed to be drivers, were killed during the attack. This will not only hurt NATO but American soldiers located in Afgahnistan, particularly due to the fact that they have closed the boarder, cutting off ties with supplies and trading lines.
