Possible bomb kills 3 in Thailand

At least 3 are dead and 9 are injured after an explosion rocked an apartment building in a Bangkok suburb Tuesday. Police believe the explosion to have been caused by a bomb, but are unsure at this time. They also have no explanation for why the apartment building would have been targeted. Thailand, a country with a long history of turmoil, has seen a recent string of bombings in the past few months after a plan to oust the current government failed. Thailand is currently under harsh emergency rule, which bans gatherings of more than 5 people, among other measures. This however has not stopped several almost routine bombings to take place around the capital. More on the story here.
