According to BBC, Scotland and China have arranged a deal worth $10,000,000 that will allow for Scottish technology to be used at Chinese energy conversion plants. The deal comes as the Vice Premier of China, Li Keqiang, visits the United Kingdom on a 4 day economic and political bridge buliding mission.
