Business Goes on like "Normal"

Omar al-Bashir goes about business as usual today despite war crime charges made against him by the ICC.  Al-Bashir travelled to Ethiopia for a state visit.  Ethiopian officials claim the visit as a routine visit.  According to the article, al-Bashir also attented a meeting of the Arab League summit around April 4th of this year.  The U.N. Secretary-General, Ban Ki-Moon, avoided Bashir at the Summit.

The warrant for al-Bashir's arrest is still standing, but as yet an arrest has obviously not been made.  Ethiopia's government disagrees with the ICC's decision and does not belong to the ICC at all.
