The game is called "dictators quartet" and features 32 of the worlds most "evil" dictators. It also divides these leaders into categories such as fascists, military rulers and U.S. puppets, with each card listing their age on succession to power, length of time in power, number of victims and private income. In Germany the game is being confiscated, and is no longer being sold because of Hitler's card which also has a swastika, which is an illegal display in Germany.
