In Mexico, a Deadly Warning

At 8:00 a.m. this Halloween, a man in Mexico was murdered. He was blindfolded, and his hands and feet were bound together. Investigators believe that he was interrogated and tortured before he was killed. The reason for his interrogation was taken to his grave with him. However, his death was part of an organized crime. The number of casualties from organized crime ranges from 60,000 - 90,000. These murders are considered acts of terrorism. The dead are put on public display to instill fear of the locals and to show the power and control over them.
