Super Typhoon Noul stormed northeastern Philpipine on Sunday, leaving many buildings destroyed. It has hitted northeastern tip of the island of Luzon Sunday afternoon, maximum sustained winds of about 260 kph and gusts of about 315 kph. Prior to the arrival of typhoon, the PAGASA has issued a highest level storm warning to areas near northeaster coast of Philippine and lower level warning for wider region. About 3800 residents in the area were already been relocated to evacuation center before the typhoon's arrival. On the bright side, there is no casualty so far due to the typhoon, and the damage it caused is not as big as been expected. However, the storm did cause rough sea, which left 5000 people stranded, yet the heavy rain it dumped provides sufficient water for the farmers. So overall, there are goods and bads for this storm.
