When students leave their country, most of the time will attract multinational firm. It also gives them the advantage because most of them speak at least two languages. They tend to be more progressive because the firm knows they are willing to work hard, a lot harder than the native born. It is a lot easier for multinational firms to expand in developing country when they have employee whom speaks different language and understand the culture.
It definitely benefits the students whom are studying aboard. Each individual have the equal right to pursues and achieve what they wanted. It will challenge the native born who had the same education because of the advantage in languages, culture and more willing to give up. There will be a lot of competition when these students are in the same work force because an employer doesn’t have to give them the same benefits and wages. It seems unfair and is something wrong to do however; most likely they wouldn’t even care because is a lot better place and environment than where most of these students are from. I think if will affect the employment rate and native born because of the competition. Not to mention the economy is not the best shape and many professional careers and jobs are going oversea. For Instance radiologists earn a facture in India compared to the United State and more hospital are giving their contact to them. All the hospital need to do is email the X-ray to India and wait for the reply in four to six hours and save themselves over 75% of the total cost. It is kind of risky when we don’t have enough jobs and these students are competing with us and most likely they will apply for residence. This will hurt us in the long run if we don’t stay competitive because we are all replaceable.
