Seismic activity detected near North Korean nuclear site; cause is unknown

An earthquake was dented near a nuclear site in North Korea, but it is unknown whether or not this quake was a natural occurrence of a man made one. The quake was centered around Punggye-ri, which is the country's only nuclear test site. A South Korean weather agency has predicted that this quake was a natural occurrence. Tensions continue to rise between Trump and Kim Jong Un after Trump's speech to the UN council.
