What Happens if North Korea tests Hydrogen bomb over the Pacific? (Kevin Conne)

What cold be the possible scenarios if North Korea launches a hydrogen bomb?  The leader of North Korea, Kim Jong Un, told the world that he would test a hydrogen bomb very soon in the Pacific. This can be potentially devastating in so many ways.  The damage to the environment alone will be un-measurable even if much care is taken to pick a particularly isolated spot to facilitate minimizing the environmental and human health consequences.  We have no reason to believe that Kim Jung Un would even try to minimize the effects.  However, there are also many factors that can affect the amount of fallout that are entirely out of our control.
