Following similar moves by Chile and Peru, Ecuador (located 1,600 km away from Venezuela) will implement visa requirements. The political situation in Venezuela continues unsteable. Juan Guaidó, who has been recognized as the president of the country since the last 23rd January for a great number of American and European countries, is not able to stop the migration process that occur in his country from the last few years. Continuos blackouts and food shortages, as the political tension between Juan Guaidó and Nicolás Maduro, are responsible for this situation.
