Somalli gunman kidnap doctors without borders workers

According to CNN.com a convoy of several foreign workers including two doctors without borders workers were attacked by gunman. The gunman let the older people in the group go, however, they have kept the foreign workers as hostages. The foreign workers were accompanied by a few security guards, but these security guards were not able to protect them from the gunman. The doctors without borders group is known for helping people who were neglected or who have fallen victim to violence. Most of this region is controlled by al-shabaab, which is labelled by the U.S government as a terrorist organization. This group has been linked to earlier attacts agianst U.N officials earlier this year. Sudan earlier this year ordered the doctors without borders to leave the country. The U.N has placed an arrest warrent out for the president of Sumalia.
