China wants to loose up tension with the U.S. so the relationship will be more stable and benefits with Washington. Even with sharp criticism from China’s president of the U.S, Haines (director of national intelligence) still believes that Beijing has benefits of keeping its good relationship with the U.S. especially with China giving the U.S. challenges with economically, technologically, politically and militarily around the world remains not balanced. So the best way for parts of country to keep things going the same with U.S. is to keep the relationship good.
It’s very weird to China trying to keep peace with the U.S. when they’re the ones who start the trouble in the first place as even the article states. I wonder what happen with the resources if the relationship with China ever took a downfall. I know that we get out resources from all parts of the world but I know China is one of the biggest parts.
