Suicide bomber hits Kabul diplomatic district
On Saturday, an Afghan car bomb exploded on a heavily crowded street in Kabul. A rounded 25 civilians were wounded, and four people were killed. Among the four people was 1 America soldier, and four Afghan civilians. Another attack happened later that day at noon. Another suicide bomber rammed his minibus into a convoy. This convoy had both Afghan police and U.S. soldiers on it. The result of this attack was one Afghan civilian was killed, ad nine others were injured. The first attack happened in the late morning on Saturday. The explosion was so great, that an Afghan soldier looking out for a U.S. base was injured in his watchtower. The Taliban took immediate blame for these attacks, however; they threatened more attacks to come. Although Afghan forces have tamed suicide bombings in the last few months, there are still many threats held against the forces. In addition to the bombing, the first suicide bomber's vehicle crashed into a truck and many other cars, causing more injury and blood. When will this Afghanistan "conflict" end?
