Syrian Cease Fire off to a rough start

The Cease fire that was reached between the United States and Russia over the Syrian crises is off to a rough start. Already less than one week in the militants in the government are country shelling key reportedly outposts in Damascus.  While the fighting has not stopped, the whole purpose of the ceasefire was to get much needed aid into Syria to take care of the innocent Aleppo that have been caught up in the war. Part of the ceasefire was that the civilians troops had to leave their outpost on the main road leading to the Rebel stronghold of government,  now there are two conflicting reports in the matter.  Russia has reported that the government troops have left their outpost and that their troops have taken up the positions, which was not included in the ceasefire.  But, an activist that is in government has reported that the Aleppo troops are still there and have not moved, he continues to say, "Humanitarian conditions are very difficult," Mr al government said. "There are wounded people and others who need food." (sky news)  While this is happening the much needed aid is stopped at the Turkish border waiting for the road to be safe.
