These rare turtles worth up to 66,000 pesos were ducted taped and were found in the bottom of abandoned suitcases left in a Manila airport. These turtles were ducted tape and under plastic and couldn't move, now they are rescued and are being closely monitored. Animal smuggling is said to be a big problem in South East Asia, especially with endangered species.
