Rand Paul's vote likely gives Senate enough to oppose national emergency declaration

With the fight against President Trump's National Emergency declaration still going on in the courts, Democrats and Republicans in the House of Representatives passed a bill Tuesday to block the National Emergency. Today, with newfound support of the bill from Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky, Democrats in the Senate have the 51 votes necessary to pass the bill to President Trump's desk. With a presidential veto to the bill expected, it is yet to be seen if 2/3 of the senate is able to agree on blocking the National Emergency.
