Former minister of economy has declared victory in Montenegro's presidental race. This marks a drastic change for the country as former president Milo has been in power for nearly 3 decades. It is difficult to foresee the direction of the country now, but Milatovic has the support of the majority of the government. This may enable him to pass legislation that could potentially completely altered the path of the country.
