A video has surfaced of an Russian solider identified with the white arm band that Russian soldiers use foe identification beheading a Ukrainian soldier, identified with a yellow arm band and Ukrainian patches oh his uniform. In the war in Ukraine Russian soldiers have been known to commit war crimes like targeting civilians during combat and the torture of Ukrainian soldiers and citizens. Another war crime was shown with the execution of a Ukrainian prisoner of war, beheading him with a knife. Russian president and the Kremlin claim to condemn the act, but claim that the video may be fake. Ukrainian President Zelensky says "Everyone must react. Every leader. Do now wait for this to be forgotten." Another video of the beheading has surfaced with two bodies without heads are laying on the ground. Zelensky says that he will find those responsible and thinks that the world needs to get involved in the situation.
