Maksim Fomin, a popular Russian blogger who favored the invasion of Ukraine, was killed in an apparent attack in a St. Petersburg cafe. 16 others are said to be injured. Known as Vladlen Tatarsky online, Fomin had more than half a million followers on Telegram where he would voice his aggressive opinions of the war. A St. Petersburg woman has been detained as a suspected murderer carrying out the attack. The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the attack.
