Latin America has a goal to have zero hunger by 2030 with 39 million people living with hunger today and 5 million children with malnutrition. There is a group of people from Los Muermos who are collecting sea algae and seaweed as a nutrition booster for the diets of many kids and people who lack the opportunity to achieve a healthy diet on their own. The article is also about the paradox of obesity. The total amount of obese people in Latin America is up to 105 million after being 88 million four years ago. This leave Latin America in a tough position with many obese people having health related issues but also the health related issues of those that are hungry.
