Donald Trump's second address to the United National General Assembly in New York threatened the world. He claims that the United States is the biggest giver of foreign aid but receives next to nothing in return. He says that they will be taking a deep look into who has the U.S. best interest in mind and access who should receive this aid, which will only be those who respect them and are friends to them.
