Fear of Regainig Power by Al Qaeda

Some officials of the U.S. and Iraq are concerning about the growing possibility of regaining power by the remains of Al Qaeda in Iraq. Although it is unlikely for them to get the previous strength back, they are recovering their power rapidly. A group In Mesopotamia conducts not only attacks around 30 times a week, but also massive attacks “every four to six weeks.” Also the number of Iraqi people conducting suicide bombing is notably increasing. Analysts think this is reflection of “the weak Iraqi economy. “ Because of such unstable situation, a discussion among the officials in Department of Defense is being fostered. On the one hand, some officials want to make some amount of military be stayed, the others eager to withdraw all soldiers. Not only the unrest inside of Iraq, but also some American officials worry that the violence may get out of the country.
