Feminist protesters in Germany peacefully protested the life-size Barbie Dreamhouse in Berlin. They say that Barbie promotes negative self-images for young girls and that it sets unrealistic "goals" for their body types. The Occupy Barbie Dreamhouse group also does not like how Barbie implies that women should cook, clean, and stay at home. Some protesters were topless with messages like "Life in plastic is not fantastic" painted on their chests, and they also burned Barbie dolls.
