“Rescuers save a newborn from sewer pipe beneath public
restroom in China”
When a tenant heard a baby crying in a public restroom,
rescuers came to save the baby from a sewage pipe below a squat toilet. The
baby is recovering in a Chinese hospital where people came with diapers, baby
clothes, milk, with offers to adopt the baby. It is not clear on how the baby
ended up in the toilet, but police are treating this as an attempted homicide.
