Refugee crisis to test EU at summit of divided leaders

As the refugee crisis in Europe continues to escalate, European leaders are forced to make tough decisions. This article details the rise of tensions in Europe. As Hungary erects a wall in the attempt to keep refugees out, Germany brings them in with open arms. Germany, however, has begun to realize that the influx of refugees across their borders bring many problems. The German Chancellor has said that Germany would continue to welcome refugees who are attempting to escape persecution or war, but not those who are trying to leave because of "economic reasons". One has to ask though, how would they be able to decipher between the two categories when many refugees may be aware of the Chancellor's standards and could simply falsify their stories just so they could seek asylum in Germany? How could they possibly screen for this? Germany has been more than generous and hospitable in the face of this crisis, and that should set an example, or a standard for other countries in Europe.
Refugees have been basically sent on a wild goose chase to find safety when they arrive in Croatia. From Croatia they are sent by bus to Hungary, a country who has clearly exemplified that they are no longer OK with more refugees. Hungary then pushes them off to Austria.
The death toll of those migrating to European countries climbs as the continent continues to "plan" for the influx that's already begun.
